Experience a new way of travel on JetSuiteX. We offer all the comforts of private air travel at commercial fares. We own and operate a fleet of the largest private jets on the market with scheduled daily flights on which you can purchase by the seat. Travel out of private terminals and escape the crowds, security lines and wait times. Our E135 also has full flight attendant service, free onboard WiFi, streaming inflight entertainment to personal devices, ample legroom (36 inch seat pitch) and power outlets at every seat.
JetSuite is a private jet charter where customers can rent a whole jet and fly to the destination of their choice. JetSuiteX offers a public charter service (part 380) which means we can sell single seats and offer regularly scheduled service between city pairs. JetSuiteX also offers the E135 as a private jet charter at rates around $8,000 per hour (or less than $300/hour per person if all 30 seats are filled).
JetSuiteX is taking delivery of 10 E-135s, with all aircraft in our fleet arriving by mid 2017. As our aircraft come online, we'll be adding frequencies and new routes regularly. Markets we're interested in include (but are not limited to) Santa Barbara, Phoenix and Sacramento.

Don't worry about long check in lines or taking your shoes off. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. Once there, your flight crew will be ready to handle and load any luggage or equipment that you may have.
For our Burbank, Concord and Las Vegas JetSuiteX provides car services on site. Please call at (949) 449-2833 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make a reservation. Please include rental date and time, number of vehicles you are requesting, your name, your phone number, vehicle request, and your arriving FBO. You will receive a response via email with a confirmation number for your reservation.
The term "FBO" is an acronym for "Fixed-Base Operator" which is a less than fancy way of saying "private terminal". These locations provide passenger and aircraft services similar to those found in any commercial terminal. FBOs are generally located away from the main commercial airline terminals and offer a much less congested and hassle-free way to begin and end your flight.
Yes, your JetSuiteX flight will always be operated by two captain-qualified pilots.
Yes. The E135 has an enclosed lavatory with a flushing toilet, located in the back of the aircraft. The Phenom 100 offers a private lavatory onboard. We do encourage you to utilize the facilities at the FBO prior to flight for additional privacy and convenience.
Parking at each FBO has the potential to be different and we will be sure to inform you if that is the case. We encourage all passengers to be dropped off at the FBO. However as with any normal charter, parking should be provided at the FBO. Should you have any questions, or concerns about parking, please call 800 iFLYJSX. Please note that parking at Buchanan Field in Concord is free.
50 lbs total. This includes 2 checked bags per person not weighing more than 25 lbs each. Any additional luggage should be communicated to JetSuiteX at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight for evaluation and consideration. The Phenom 100 will not allow for any baggage over 50 lbs.
Please refer to our safety standards for what items are not permitted onboard. Any personal items that will be accompanying you on the aircraft must fit under the seat in front of you. The dimensions are as follows: 12" x 12" x 9".
Baggage weighing 50 lbs in total is complimentary. Any extra or overweight baggage fees will be dependent on what fare type you purchase up to $50. There are no additional extra or overweight baggage fees with Xplus airfare.

Every E135 flight is equipped with free onboard WiFi and inflight entertainment, as well as power outlets at every seat. In addition to our exceptional onboard amenities, enjoy our complimentary snacks, beverages and cocktails.
Every JetSuiteX flight will have at least one dedicated flight attendant onboard the E135.
If you are booking through the JetSuiteX app or website, you will receive your booking confirmation electronically. When you arrive at the FBO, you will check in with our Airport Service Concierge, then board shortly thereafter.
If you realize that you left an important item onboard the plane, please notify our JetSuiteX Airport Services Concierge before leaving the airport so he or she can try to retrieve the item. If you've left the airport, please contact 800 iFLYJSX. While we make every effort to locate lost items, JetSuiteX is not liable for personal items left on the plane.
If you have purchased Xplus airfare and need to change your flight, there is no additional fee. You will only be charged the difference in fare. If you wish to cancel your flight, you must do so prior to departure. A refund will be provided in the original form of payment.
If you have purchased X airfare and need to change your flight 24 hours after booking, you will be charged $25 in addition to the difference in fare. If you wish to cancel your flight, you must do so prior to departure. A refund will be provided in the form of the travel voucher which can be used up to 1 year after date of purchase.
If you are over the age of 18, prior to boarding you will be required to show a valid Government issued photo ID or two alternate forms of Identification, with at least one issued by government authority. This is in accordance to the TSA's Twelve Five Standard Security Program requirements.
Additional screening will be conducted by JetSuiteX at our discretion to deter, detect, and prevent the introduction of unauthorized explosives, incendiaries, weapons, and other prohibited items onboard an aircraft. We ensure any screening conducted affords uniform, courteous, and efficient treatment to the maximum extent practicable.
Customers who infringe on upon any part of the seat may proactively purchase an additional seat prior to travel in order to ensure the additional seat is available. The armrest is considered to be the difinitive boundary between seats; width between the armrests measures 17 inches. This will help ensure we can accomodate all Customers on the flight/aircraft for which they have purchased a ticket and avoid asking Customers to give up their seats for an unplanned accomodation. Most importantly, it ensures that all Customers on board have access to safe and comfortable seating.
There is no limit to the size of water bottles, shampoo or body wash that can be brought on board, as long as it fits in your bag. Champagne and other alcoholic beverages can also be brought on board, however, it cannot be consumed during the flight unless the bottles are given to the flight attendant to distribute on the E135.
Per the DOT (Department of Transportation), effective October 15th, 2016 all Samsung Galaxy Note7 phones will not be allowed on any US carrier.
JetSuiteX is committed to safety and security, as well as comfort and convenience, on every flight.
Our security measures are approved by, and in fact exceed, TSA requirements. While we don't disclose all security measures, rest assured that customers and baggage are screened for explosives, customer names are vetted against the same TSA watchist as major airlines, and all aircraft are equipped with the same ballistic-proof cockpit and cabin protections as any other modern airliner. Regulators at TSA, FAA, and DOT have approved all JetSuiteX security measures, and we have deep cooperative relationships with local law enforcement.
